Assessment criteria
The following criteria are applied in the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture. Please note that the criteria may vary according to module.
Assessment criteria for mobility support
- prioritises project and research plans with a Nordic-Baltic relevance
- prioritises quality, new constellations and initiatives
- prioritises increased communication and activities in the Nordic-Baltic Region
Assessment criteria for short-term network support
- the network has clearly defined overall objectives and a set schedule
- the network creates new contacts in its own area of operation and is connected to other networks
- the network is built for the purpose of planning artistic initiatives and to establish processes and cooperation.
Assessment criteria for long-term network support
- the network has a clearly formulated goal
- the network is creative and has innovative ideas, and is initiative
- the network is transparent and communicative
- the network openly provides information about itself as well as its work and results
Assessment criteria for residencies
- the residency centre manages the residency activities for artistic professionals on a regular basis
- the residency centre is part of the contemporary artistic and cultural scene
- the residency centre has a clear goal and a will to support innovative artistic work
- the residency centre has the capacity to offer support for the work processes of the residents with scholarships
- the residency centre has the capacity to work with several artists at the same time and documented partnerships with the local art scene
- the residency centre has the ambition to create contacts in the Nordic-Baltic Region and with international professionals and practitioners in the field of art and culture
