Responsibility and mandate

Duration of mandate

The expert group for the Mobility programme started with a three-year mandate (1 January 2007 to 31 December 2009) which was later extended for two more years (1 January 2010 to 31 December 2011).

The present expert group for Culture and art programme is appointed for two years (1 January 2010 to 31 December 2011). The previous expert group for had a three-year mandate (1 January 2007 to 31 December 2009).

Responsibilities and mandate

The expert groups have the following responsibilities and mandate:

• professional and artistic responsibility for the programmes
• development of assessment criteria
• assessment of applications
• decisions about the allocation of support
• development of the programmes
• development of the expert group's work
