6. Reporting

All the projects must report to Nordic Culture Point. The larger projects must submit a status report halfway through the project, in addition to the final report. The smaller projects only submit final reports.

If your grant exceeds € 30 000, you must submit a status report and accounts on your project when it has reached half way. Once Nordic Culture Point has approved them, an instalment of 40% of the contribution will be disbursed on your bank account.

All the projects that have received funding are expected to write a final report. The final report must be submitted within 3 months from the completion of the project. You need to also submit the project accounts if you have received funding from the module of Network Support, a travel grant for the West Nordic region (the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland) or from the Art and Culture Programme.

If your project has received a grant exceeding € 30.000, you must also include as an attachment of your project accounts as audited and certified by an authorised accountant.

Once we have approved your final report and, when necessary, project accounts, the final instalment of 15 % will be disbursed on your bank account.
