The interdisciplinary performance company Oblivia presents a project called Entertainment Island. By combining different forms of art and by including participants from Finland, Iceland and Great Britain, Entertainment Island gives innovative aspects to dramatic art and creates new networks.

Entertainment Island seeks to present entertainment and popular culture through performance, film, photography and text.
Entertainment Island is a project of three years with three performances, Entertainment Island 1,2 and 3. In 2010, Entertainment Island will be launched in it’s entirety at Kiasma Theatre in Helsinki. The project consists of three performances, one photo exhibition, one short film, one book and one seminar as well as workshops.
The project will then tour in the Nordic region and Europe. The project has participants from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Island participate.
